December 3, 2026 @ Florida Polytechnic University | CHS Competition Fees Pending (Estimated 20 USD per person, or fees waived)
The Phoenix Code Cup is a brand-new competition hosted by the Florida Polytechnic University, in Lakeland, FL.
While it is uncertain what will be the premise of the competition, our Strategists have the expectation that it will be a Hackathon where you will get to build a piece of software responding to a prompt that will be revealed the day of the competition.
The event runs from 9:00am to 1:30pm, and since December 3 is a school day, we will be able to come back before dismissal. Transportation towards the site is not confirmed but will most likely be a bus chartered by Mr. Watson.
CHS Robinson prides itself in being rigorous and supporting across all competitions our chapter participates in. No one is expected to be an expert, and we have been successful in teams of complete beginners.
We ask all contestants (our word for members who register in competitions) to remain disciplined, practice, and adhere to all deadlines and goals. Failure to attend a competition you registered for without prior notice may result in immediate termination of your membership.
For any questions regarding specific competitions, please reach out to Aleksander Meyer, this chapter's dedicated Competition Strategist.
